Super P Force Oral Jelly is a combination of two medicines called Dapoxetine and Sildenafil. Super P Force Oral Jelly is used to treat premature ejaculation (PE) in men aged 18 to 64 years old. PE occurs when a man ejaculates with minimal sexual stimulation. It can last for up to 12 hours and is not a controlled substance.
Directions:Take one sachet (1 sachet per tablet) with water, one hour before sexual activity. Do not take more than 1 sachet (1 sachet) in 24 hours. Do not take more than 6 sachet (6 sachet) in 24 hours.
Precautions:Do not take more than the recommended dose. If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in Super P Force Oral Jelly, consult your doctor.
Super P Force Oral Jelly may cause dizziness, sleepiness, blurred vision, chest pain, and fainting. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how you react to this medicine. Do not take this medicine if you have a severe heart problem such as heart failure, angina pectoris, or if you have severe heart failure with ejection fraction of less than 25%. Severe heart failure may make it harder for Super P Force Oral Jelly to work. You should not take this medicine if you have heart disease or have had a heart attack in the past 6 months. If you have severe kidney problems, or if you are over 50 years old, you should not take this medicine.
Warnings:Do not take Super P Force Oral Jelly if you are allergic to: Dapoxetine, Sildenafil, Vardenafil, Tadalafil, Estrace, or any other medicines. If you have heart problems, take it only when needed. Do not take this medicine if you are over 50 years old and have heart failure. Do not use this medicine in women. Do not use in pregnant or breast-feeding. Super P Force Oral Jelly should not be used in patients with a known hypersensitivity to Dapoxetine, Sildenafil, Vardenafil, Tadalafil, Eriacta or any of the other ingredients in Super P Force Oral Jelly.

Isosorbide dinitrate: 30 mg (100 mg) with 10 ml of alcohol. Isosorbide dinitrate may increase the risk of priapism and even lead to permanent tissue damage.
Nitrates: Take Super P Force Oral Jelly with a full glass of water. Drinking plenty of water may help this medicine work better. The dose and duration may vary depending on the severity of your symptoms and your medical history. Avoid using this medicine with nitrates, as Super P Force Oral Jelly may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Premature ejaculation is a medical condition where ejaculation occurs within 1 minute and lasts for about 4 to 6 hours. PE is the most common sexual dysfunction in men aged 18 to 64 years. PE is defined as ejaculation that occurs between 30 and 60 minutes and lasts for about 4 to 6 hours.
Dapoxetine is not approved for use in men aged 18 to 64 years. Men who are not diagnosed with PE should consult their physician before taking this medication. It is also not advisable for men who are taking antidepressants or other medications to take this medication for premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual dysfunction in men aged 18 to 64 years.
